Dizzee Rascal says: Heavy drug use drove him to paranoia


Dizzee Rascal has admitted heavy drug use threw him into fits of paranoia early in his career.
The Bonkers star's personality changed. "I was high, weeding all the time," he said. "And I was likely justified to be a bit paranoid. There was a lot of violence."

Dizzee, 24, he realised told of the moment he had been stabbed six times in the Cypriot resort of Ayia Napa in 2003.
"I was going to die I didn't thing," he told Weekend magazine. "The adrenaline, the shock, the rage. It was all a bit mad."
He said the reason for the attack would finally be revealed, adding: "It wasn't anything I did."
