A lot of these people, you've got to go where they are and grab them whenever they're free."

Dizzee also told the paper that he has been having fun working on the book. "It was a bit of a therapy session, because I ain't had no therapy sessions before," he explained. "Telling someone everything has been great."

"There was a lot that I loved about growing up. Now I look back and am glad I had those experiences. I learned the value of money and about community spirit.
"I felt more of a sense of community on a council estate than anywhere I've lived since."

He added: "I loved working with him but I can't get hold of him lately. If I could I'd be happy to collaborate with him again. I can't find him, he's all over the place right now."
